BOC Handbooks:

Student Handbooks are only available for purchase to BOC certificants with an expiration date of 2015 or higher.  We will not process payment until we have verified your certification status.  An email will be sent to you letting you know if your order was processed or denied due to your certification status.

The student handbooks available for purchase in the BOC Shop are the most current version available and are used in current courses.  Please note that the copyright dates may vary.

Shipping:

Please allow approximately 3 weeks for delivery of BOC handbooks.  Shipping will occur upon approval of certification status as noted above.

Returns:

Full refund of purchase price (excluding shipping fees) guaranteed for merchandise returned undamaged within 30 days of shipping date.

All returns are by mail:

  • Include a copy of your proof of purchase
  • Indicate the reason for return on your proof of purchase
  • Ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking

1 - 25 items: 10% off entire purchase
26 - 50 items: 20% off entire purchase
51 - 100 items: 30% off entire purchase
101 items or more: 40% off entire purchase
